What is included in each monthly unit?＋
At either the $275 annual-plan rate or $295 month-to-month rate, each unit includes professional design, target-list preparation, 150 complete physical pieces, printing, envelopes or postcards, addressing, sealing, postage cost and application on all 150 pieces, inspection, UPS delivery, and 150 professional emails.
Can I change the design every month?＋
Yes. Every campaign may use completely new content and design. There is no separate design fee.
Can I choose a postcard?＋
Yes. Choose 150 letters in envelopes or 150 professionally designed standard-size postcards for the same unit price.
Do mail and email have to reach the same people?＋
No. Use a matched audience when suitable data is available, or select separate 150-person audiences for mail and email.
Do I need my own list?＋
No. Use your own list or ask Rumihaus to build one with available lawful property and geographic criteria.
Are there hidden charges?＋
No. Postage cost is included, and Rumihaus applies it to all 150 pieces. Every item stated in the farming unit is included at the selected rate. Optional digital advertising management is separate and clearly priced.
What does the $50-per-channel digital service include?＋
Instagram includes editing and preparation of up to 5 short-form videos per month from footage you provide. YouTube includes up to 5 Shorts per month from your footage. Google Business Profile includes ongoing updates and optimization intended to strengthen local visibility; search rankings are not guaranteed. Each selected channel is $50 per month. Any paid-media budget is separate.
Does farming guarantee a transaction?＋
No marketing can guarantee a transaction. Farming builds repeated recognition so your name is familiar when a homeowner is ready.
Can I change the target list during the plan?＋
Yes. Keep farming the same neighborhood, or ask us to create a fresh 150-person mail list and email audience every month or every other month. List changes are included.
Why is the finished mail shipped to me?＋
Because the advertiser should make the final quality-control decision. You can verify the approved content, print quality, exact quantity, postage, and workmanship before taking the USPS-ready pieces to the post office.
How are the 150 email recipients selected and contacted?＋
Choose the same audience as your mail campaign or a different target audience. We use available, lawful property and geographic criteria such as location, property type, estimated home value, ownership length, owner occupancy, purchase date, and estimated equity. Email is sent through a professional platform using commercial-email compliance practices, including accurate sender information and unsubscribe handling. Data availability varies, and protected-class targeting is not offered.
How are multiple farming units priced?＋
With a 12-month plan: 1 unit is 150 USPS-ready mail pieces plus 150 emails for $275 per month. Two units are 300 plus 300 for $530 per month ($265 per unit). Three units are 450 plus 450 for $750 per month ($250 per unit).
